Surrey Select Executive Cars Ltd terms are listed below. This includes all standard surcharges and additional amounts that would be applicable on any journey.
Surrey Select Executive Cars Account Facilities
All bookings can be charged to an authorised account facility should this facility be available. All accounts will be invoiced on the last business day of each month and – unless otherwise agreed – must be settled within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to comply with these payment terms may result in additional fees being added and may also result in instigating additional fees in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998.
By lodging a valid Credit Card with SSEC you give authority for your card to be debited without prior notice for any outstanding invoice and/or additional charges.
Surrey Select Executive Cars Ltd Airport Meet & Greet
All inbound flights are tracked and monitored both on-line and with the airports automated flight information system to ensure a driver is always on time. There may be some occasions such as extremely heavy traffic congestion or if a flight has landed particularly early where a client may have to wait for a driver. SSEC will always keep in contact with the client to ensure that they are aware of the situation. We advise that all clients provide a contact mobile number at the time of booking and switch their phone on as soon as possible once landed. if there are any adverse conditions which will mean the driver will be delayed we would have already left a message on the clients mobile phone to inform of the fact. We will then stay in constant contact until the client has been met. With the exception of Premier passengers, all cars will be met outside of the terminal building. Although every Surrey Select Executive Cars driver will assist a client with luggage it is ultimately the clients’ responsibility to ensure that all items of luggage, camera/video equipment, hand bags and any other items are in the vehicle. No responsibility will be taken by Surrey Select Executive Cars UK for luggage left in the airport terminal or car parking area.
Surrey Select Executive Cars Quotes
All quotes are based on the information supplied at the time of booking. Journey cost may change should the journey vary from that which is booked or should the vehicle level be changed by the client after a price has been quoted. All transfers are subject to – where applicable – additional costs such as car parking, congestion charge etc.
Surrey Select Executive Cars Daily/Hourly Rates
Daily/Hourly rates are calculated at no less than £45.00 per hour for our executive fleet and £50.00 per hour for our Premier fleet. 10 miles per hour is also included in these rates and any excess mileage thereafter is charged at £2.00 per mile*. All car parking fees and/ or congestion charge – where applicable – are charged separately. Where a vehicle is booked for an hourly or day hire and the initial collection and/or drop is outside a 10 mile radius of Epsom an additional hour will be added for driver allocation.
All bookings made of this nature will be subject to a minimum charge of 2 hours and any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as such.

Surrey Select Executive Cars Bookings
Although to a certain extent we are able to offer an “on-demand” service we would recommend that in order to maintain reliability and to eliminate waiting times all journeys are pre-booked wherever possible. For private bookings no job will be undertaken without a valid credit or debit card number being lodged with the offices of Surrey Select Executive Cars. By doing so you authorise us to debit your card for any additional charges, including cancellation and/or no shows without prior notice.
Waiting Time
Waiting time is charged at £36.00 per hour pro-rata. For inbound airport transfers a grace period of 45 minutes shall be given from the confirmed flight landing time. Waiting time shall be charged at the pro rate rate of £36.00 per hour for periods in excess of this.
Cancellation/No Show Fee
For account clients any cancellations where the driver has already been dispatched will be invoiced at the quoted price for that transfer. Any account clients that fail to show will be invoiced at the published rate plus any applicable waiting time. See Waiting Time. For no shows on airport collections the waiting time will be calculated from the confirmed landing time of the inbound aircraft.
Additional Information.
The drivers of Surrey Select Executive Cars Ltd will show respect to passengers at all times. They will always endeavour to assist clients in any way possible. We would ask that all passengers treat the driver with the same respect. Should you find any Surrey Select Executive Cars driver does not meet the standards required or expected please contact our offices.
All drivers reserve the right to refuse transfers to any individual or group who appears excessively intoxicated due to the effects of alcohol or drugs
Privacy Policy
- Surrey Select Executive Cars Ltd operate a localised minimum rate of £40.00
- Surcharges on specifically requested vehicle types e.g MPV 50%
- Tariffs for major sporting events such as Wimbledon, Twickenham, Ascot etc may be higher than at other times due to increased traffic congestion and journey times involved when these events are on.
- Congestion Charge – At cost whenever applicable.
- Airport Parking – At cost whenever applicable.
- Multi Pickup/Drops – Up to a maximum of £5 per additional Pickup/Drop.
- Waiting Time – £36.00 per hour or pro rata.

Additional Information.
- Any person or persons who cause damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle supplied through direct or indirect actions will be liable for the full costs of repairs.
- Any person or persons that soil the interior of the vehicle in any way will be liable to a valeting charge of £250.
- Surrey Select Executive Cars reserves the right to amend, add or delete Terms and Conditions wherever applicable without prior notice.
