- In the event of a 'no show' by a client or if a booking is cancelled by the client within 24 hours of the period of hire, any monies paid would be totally non-refundable.
- Every effort would be made by the chauffeur to ensure that vehicle(s) arrive on time and reach destinations on time. The company shall not be held responsible/liable for any delays that occur beyond their control.
- The chauffeur would travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the client.
- Surrey Chauffeur Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British law. However, the property of the client is carried entirely at their own risk and the company shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
- The chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur, vehicle or any other passenger.
- Surrey Select Executive Cars operates a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
- None of the above affect the consumers statutory rights.
