General Hire Charges:
Basic rate is calculated as £25.00 per hour plus £1.90 per mile.
An hourly rate of £45.00 will be charged where the basic rate is less than £45.00

Basic rate is calculated as £20.00 per hour plus £1.50 per mile.
An hourly rate of £35.00 will be charged where the basic rate is less than £35.00

Tariff notes:
- Transfer quotes are to and from our base in Epsom, Surrey (except for fixed price transfers)
- For airport pick-ups please add £5.00 to cover parking and up to 45 minutes waiting from time of landing
- Excess overtime and mileage limitations calculated at basic rate
- Parking will be charged at cost
- Chauffeurs overnight subsistence allowance £75.00 where required
- Gratuities are not included and are at client's discretion
- Congestion charge payable by client when applicable
